2. Cancellation and Prepayment Conditions
Partially Refundable (General)
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after making the reservation.
The guest will not be required to pay in advance after making the reservation; payment will be made upon arrival at the property.

Guests can only change dates once, keeping the same price or for a slightly higher price, and with the same booking conditions and room type. Date changes are made based on your restrictions, prices, and real-time availability.

This will limit your opportunities to offer guests the flexibility to change dates, as most non-refundable rates are booked just before check-in.

7.- Food
Breakfast is included in the reservation, and we provide lunch and dinner catering services for an additional fee. Food is prepared with New Andean products, meaning organic produce. We treat guests with exclusive attention, especially when it comes to vegetarian dishes.
